Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the deck, the level of strategic input required and timelines. As a guide, basic engagements typically start from a few hundred euro, with more strategic pitch decks and leadership decks priced higher.

Basic or guide pricing usually assumes:

• 3–5 slides

• 2 rounds of revisions

• Working with existing brand guidelines

• Client-supplied content and assets

Typically we will have an initial consultation around the project, timelines and strategic outcomes.  This can be done remotely, or we can meet in person if geography and scheduling aligns.  We will review your project asks and assess if we can help and if we have availability.  Once availability is confirmed the work can be priced, if the client accepts our price we will schedule the work and follow the schedule such as the one below:

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. Additional rounds can be scoped if needed.  The process is intended to be collaborative so input is welcomed throughout the edit process.

Yes. We offer structured pricing for larger decks such as pitch decks, strategy decks and leadership presentations.

No. We price based on outcomes and deliverables, not hours. This keeps pricing transparent and aligned with the value of the work.  Some clients come to us with an almost fully-formed deck that just needs some help, others are coming to us with vague concept.  Pricing will be quoted at the start of the project based on the complexity of the ask, lead times, slide volume and requirement for supporting graphics and assets.
